I have diabetes and have to be very careful with what I use to remove anything off my feet. This is such a good thing, and safe! Price is good and last a long time. I have used mine twice a week and still using the original one that came with the product. You will want to replace the roller and see the same results you got when you first started using it. That may take a while but eventually you will need one (or two if you want to plan ahead).
