This Merlot is a silky smooth red wine with aromas and flavours of black cherry, raspberry and hints of black pepper shine through. With gentle tannins and hints of vanilla, you will enjoy every sip. This wine pairs well with pork, beef and lamb dishes and is excellent with any type of pasta dish. It is best served slightly below room temperature.

   The bouquet is filled with ripe plums, spice and herbs. With a deep-ruby-red color, this Cabernet has cherry, blackberry, and subtle spice flavours that lead to layers of oak, black pepper and hints of mocha. Soft tannins and a smooth, medium-short finish makes this wine very easy to drink. Pairs nicely with a variety of beef, chicken, or pork dishes, soft, creamy cheeses, and chocolate desserts.
