Note:
1. Not recommend to use the refrigerator-storage cookie dough directly;
2. The dough includes nut, grape grain or chocolate debris is hard to be press out of the mold discs;
3. Dough should have ductility which can help the dought come out of the mold successfully and stick on the baking pan; It is better to put the dough which is too soft or sticky in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or spreading flour on the dough; Adding yolk if the dough is too hard;
4. Do not let the dough stay in the machine for a long time;
5. Let the cookie outlet of the machine get close to the baking pan so that the cookie will stay on the baking pan after coming out of the machine.
