The PUBLIC urban double pannier is the perfect complement to PUBLIC city bikes. This roomy bag allows you to easily move from bike to shopping to gym to work and anywhere else your lifestyle takes you. It's made from a mix of cotton canvas and waxed cotton canvas, with a blue canvas lining. Easily attaches to top of rear rack with a 4-point snap attachment system. When not in use, sides can be folded up and secured with Velcro.
