- Per bottle contains 350ml of chilli crab sauce which can cook up to 1kg to 1.2kg of crabs (or equivalent such as prawns)

Uses of Chilli Crab Sauce
For Stir Fry
To marinate food
To enhance the taste of existing cooked food
Can use for other seafood such as prawns, fish, mussels, clams and other shellfish
Simple Cooking Steps
1) Add 2 tablespoons of oil, whole bottle of the chilli crab sauce (350g), 525ml of water (about 1½ bottle) into the wok
2) Heat the wok and stir the chilli and the water
3) When the chilli is boiling, add in the cleaned and chopped crabs (1kg to 1.2kg) into the wok
4) When the contents are boiling, cover the wok and cook for 13-15 mins using medium heat.
5) Stir the contents every few minutes to avoid the food being burnt
6) When gravy thickens, add 1 egg and stir well
7) Garnish and serve hot with bread, bun, rice or noodles.
