- Do not defrost!!!

- Heat up the oil in a pot till 180 degree celcius (slightly smoky)

- Deep fry the Jumbo Ebi Fry till golden fry (Fry at low temperature!!!)

• Eat with Tempura Dipping sauce
• Tempura Dipping Sauce
  - With every 100ml of iChef Tsuyu Sauce add in 500-600ml of water
  - Boil the mixture together (optional: add abit of grated raddish) and serve with your tempura
