1)For Self collection, it will ONLY be at Woodlands.

(Near to Republic Polytechnic-10minutes walk)

(NOT Woodlands mrt)

2)Self collection working hours: From 8am to 11pm for 7 working days ( NO MIDNIGHT)

(Please kindly email into blissbiz21@gmail.com for the arrangment of self collection. Schedule needed)

~~~~~WHAT TO BRING FOR SELF COLLECTION~~~~~

Please kindly download the Qoo10 application in your smart phone.

And prepare to confirm delivery upon the self-collection of the bear.

For QXPRESS shipping

3) Shipping schedule- For shipping for a certain date, please allow up to 3 working days for it.(Delivery person will need a plus minus of an extra day for the date that you indicate.)

Reason being : "As seller need to send shipping via qxpress in Singapore too!"

4)Schedule shipping after 7pm( PLease indicate in the message in seller memo AND at your address line for delivery person to take note.)

5) For any refund or return, buyer will need to send the bear back to seller at your own cost. As bear is of too expensive cost to send back.Bear will only be able to exchange at woodlands.(Near to Republic Polytechnic-10minutes walk) (NOT Woodlands mrt)
