For daily use: Apply once and leave on 2 minutes, rinse off. For less frequent use: Apply and rinse off, apply a second time leaving on 2-3 minutes.  Massage scalp for the essential oils to be absorbed and rinse off.  Second application is recommended, the active washing ingredients are 100% organic therefore not aggressive to the scalp. Alternative use: Distribute shampoo with a brush on scalp, massage and leave under vaporizer for 2-3 minutes.
