Product description
"Eclipse oat oatmeal 500 g" is an oatmeal with specially processed wheat (oats).
In addition to protein, lipid, iron content, dietary fiber is included.
It is ideal for a busy breakfast, as it stirs hot water and it will be completed just by stirring.
Considering storage and usability, we adopted canned (with plastic lid).
Preservatives, additives such as coloring agents are not used.
If you enjoy
● Oatmeal (for one person)
(1) Boil 180 cc of water and add a pinch of salt.
(2) Put 25-30 g (3 tablesp. Tbsp) of eclipsed oats, make it a low heat slowly, sprinkle for about 3 minutes slowly, stop the fire, and further irregular in two minutes.
(3) Transfer it to a deep dish, apply milk, please enjoy with sugar, bee honey and others.
(4) Please try adding raisins, nuts, seasonal fruits etc.
It will be delicious more delicious.
● Oatmeal made in a microwave oven (for one person)
(1) Add 3 tablespoons of eclipse oats to the deep dish, add 180 cc of water, and apply the wrapped film softly.
(2) Warm up for about 1 minute with a microwave oven (500 - 600 W).
Once the oatmeal is plumped it is taken out.
(3) Please enjoy the Japanese style, Western style and your favorite seasoning afterwards.
● For baby food, weak people, boil eclipse oats from water.
● Oat dressing can be completed just by spreading the solar eclipse on the steamed rice.
● As a substitute for flour, please use a variety of devised hamburger connections and cookies.
