The synthetic holder ELBA can easily be fixed on the seat tube. A matching bracket fits into the holder and can be secured by means of a safety catch. In respect of systems which are mounted on the luggage carrier the system ELBA has the advantage that the basket is springy. Moreover the basket floats over the luggage carrier and therefore remains the possibility to use rear bike bags. An oversized version of ELBA is not available.
