Starting as a Kickstarter project, COOKOO is the world's first designer watch that combines an analogue timepiece with a connected digital display to your iOS devices. Using an LCD display behind the dials, it can notify you of calendar reminders, alarms, text messages, Facebook messages and missed or incoming calls with icons that illuminate. It alerts you when you're out of range, handy if you misplace your phone, and tells you when the battery is running low. Unlike other smart watches, this shouldn't happen too often as the standard button-cell battery (CR2032) can last for up to an entire year. Even if the Bluetooth LCD display runs out of power the analogue watch can keep going for up to three years.

With a circular watch face (scratch resistant glass) and sleek design it's a discreet smartwatch. Download the COOKOO app onto your device and pair via Bluetooth 4.0 LE. This is compatible with Bluetooth SMART READY devices such as iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPad mini, iPad (4th & 3rd generation), iPod touch (5th generation) on either iOS 6 or iOS 5, a well as the Samsung Galaxy S4 via an Android app! Other smart features include checking into Facebook with a single button press and you can use the COOKOO as a wireless camera trigger too.
