A computer generated photo of the case with your graphic image will be sent to you before it is printed out. You may request for this photo before making an order. (Please note that this photo of the case is computer generated, thus, it may differ from the actual phone case.)
After you placed your order in qoo10.sg, please email us at calljadx@gmail.com with your full name, order number and your graphic file (high resolution 300dpi). Please note that a lower resolution file may affect the quality of the prints and it may be pixilated.
Once you have placed your order online, and the item has been shipped out; No returns, refunds or exchange will be acceptedas each case is customised manufactured to your graphics. We thank you for your kind understanding.
