Drinking Strong Acidic Beverages and Our Body
People often question the possibility of whether or not strong acidic beverages like cola erode parts of your stomach, intestine and esophagus, resulting in ulcers. The answer is no, and the reason can be explained by looking at the mystery behind the human body.

"Obesity or overweight is not a fat problem but it's an over-acid problem”
Robert O. Young PhD, a research scientist and the author of the book, "The pH Miracle for Weight Loss" on his interview with CNN, shared tips on balancing body chemistry to lose weight. He said, "Because our bodies constantly need energies, and there's waste product in energy production, which are acids, if our body does not eliminate acids through urination, perspiration or respiration, that acid gets on our hips, thighs, our waste lines, brain and this is what makes us fat."
The question is, how do we balance our body?
You should know what kinds of foods and drinks make you over-acidic. As we have discussed it at the last newsletter, one should avoid intake of too much acidic foods such as beef, chicken and pork, eggs, vinegar, soy sauce, mushrooms, corn, peanuts, dairy products, chocolate, tea and soda.
The fact is, most Americans’ diet is over-acidic. "If acids are constantly accumulated and not eliminated, they build up in our fatty, connected tissues, and make us fat." Instead, it is recommended to "eat green” or good healthy fats from fish such as sea bass, tuna, trout and salmon. Also, drinking Antioxidant Alkaline Water neutralizes our acidity and helps us be healthy and keeps us maintain pH balance.
Love-Hate Experiment: How Words Affect Living Things
Check out our experiment on the relationship between words and water. In our office, we grew two onions for the past 3 months. For the one (left), we gave love and care with encouraging words like "I love you," while the other one (right) heard bad words like "I hate you" every day.
Placed in the same environment with same water and air, the only difference was the words. Look for yourself how words influenced onions. See the water? The onion who was constantly being "hated" turned ugly and dirty.
So, why don't you say "l love you" to yourself and your friends today!?

Do you take Vitamin C? I drink Antioxidant Alkaline Water!
Most people take Vitamin C every day in the form of fruits and vegetables or tablets to maintain health. This is because Vitamin C is known to have the ability to improve the immune system, thereby preventing various diseases such as cold, indigestion, intestine trouble, skin trouble, and so on.
Antioxidant alkaline water has similar effects with Vitamin C. Drinking antioxidant alkaline water helps you restore the balance in your blood. The extra oxygen and electrons in antioxidant alkaline water help neutralize free radicals (active oxygen), preventing damage at a cellular level.
Not only that, as its name "antioxidant” implies, antioxidant alkaline water, just like Vitamin C, contains antioxidant properties that help people live longer and stronger and improves vascular health, preventing the hardening of arteries and heart failure.
So, we should start all drinking antioxidant alkaline water!
