How to wash hand-painted shoes?

Our paint can't fade,but because we just finish the painting, you'd better not wash it when you receive it, just wash it when it's dirty.
Please don't use hot water or bleach, but use soft brush to wash it gently.
When you dry it, use bumf to wrap it, so it won't change color.
