Use 2x daily monthly. 1 full pump dispenses about 1.3 g of USP Micronized Natural Progesterone (22-27 mg) 500 mg per oz. This container yields approximately 65 pumps. Rotate areas of cream between arms face chest hands or thighs. Day one is first day of menstrual flow. Helps improve elasticity. Press 1/2 pump for 1/8 tsp. Self adjust to your needs.

Menstruating (Ovulating): Begin on day 14 to day 27. 1/2 to 3/4 tsp.
