How to use sea salts
For everyday baths, use a handful or 1-2 cups of salt in half a bathtub of water and soak for 20-30min. Alternatively, dissolve a smaller amount of sea salt in a basin of water and sponge or soak affected areas. For bath treatments, be sure to drink lots of water as the detoxification process will pull moisture from your body.
