Press vibration or shock button immediately after batteries are put into the receiver firmly. Then the receiver will vibrate twice indicating that the remote controller and the receiver have matched each other successfully. * If the receiver vibrates on its own without press any button in the remote controller, take out the batteries. Wait for at least 10 seconds and try step 2 again. * Put the rubber cover on the receiver. Make sure its four corners are pushed down firmly into the receiver. Press the nipples on the cover down firmly to connect to the prongs of the receiver tightly. * Attach the receiver to the collar. How to Check Shock: * Use a test light. Put the test light on both nipples in the receiver then press shock button on the remote controller. The light will flash. Remember, the test light is designed specifically for testing only and not a normal part of collar used for the dog. Please take it off this light after the test. * Use your finger. Put your on both nipples in the receiver then press shock button on the remote controller. You will feel the shock.
