1. We do not accept swapping or trading of items. 
2. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail
3. We do not do reservations of items
4. Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase
5. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases. 
6. Prices are non negotiable.

7. Do note that colour may differ slightly due to the strong lighting. 

8. Do note that measurements may differ by 1/2cms. 

Exchange Policy
The criteria for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned, unworn and in brand new condition. 

Exchanges must be done within 7 days after delivery of parcel.

A full refund will be done only if the item/s you purchased is/are out of stock.
