An instructor works with a thermographer 1-on-1 (or at most, 1-on-2) at the thermographer's facility
Typically, this includes jointly conducting inspections, reviewing reports and procedures, and answering questions
Consulting prior to the visit to define needs is included
A mentoring session of at least 2 days is recommended for best results
