They are not quite as good as the delunxe brownie flavor, which I absolutely love. But, they do the job. I get full, always important, and I get the protein I need. I am a vegetarian, and I run daily, as well as lift. Protein bars are essential for me to fill nutritional gaps. Plus, my son uses them as he gets ready for boot camp. Yes (0) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Delicious meal bar that fills you up!I was searching for a better protein bar and the salesman at GNC turned my attention to these while I was restocking on my protein shake at the GNC outlet here at my local mall, after I asked him where the meal replacement bars where located. These bars are BIG, and taste great for a morning meal to hold you over until lunch. With 30 grams of protein these bars are a good start to the day, and with only 6 grams of sugar.
