The first day I used it my face was tingly but after the first day it never felt like that again. Since using this products I haven't gotten one major pimple and you can't even see my blockades anymore. Im super impressed with this product! Initially I used it and it did sting a bit but I read that my skin would get used to it after a few uses. I loved the way it seemed to help take off access dirt and makeup build up that I missed. I proceeded to use it. Still stung. Until one day I used it and noticed it it burned really bad and after applying it to my face with a cotton ball I noticed several areas on my skin were white in color and patchy. This had never happened before so I washed the product off. The white patchy areas were still there and they still burned. I applied coconut oil to my face. Still there. The next morning I woke up with scabs in the areas that were white! I knew my skin was semi-sensitive but geez. It started working great and I would even feel tingly. I wouldn't break out and my skin was clearing up. Starting a couple of days ago it starting burning more and more. Today I looked at my face and it looked kind of burned. It was over dry even though I use moisturizer. I use the neutrogena naturals which is amazing. But it's not enough. It is gentle and helps prevent acne from forming. I never thought to use it in the am as well. Tomorrow will be a first. My acne has been a little worse lately (probably due to stress). I have very bad acne scars also and the astringent did wonders!
