Biotin
Our formula contains 2,500 mcg of biotin per serving. Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin part of the B-Vitamin family. Vitamin C
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble nutrient found in some foods. In the body, it acts as an antioxidant, helping to fight against free radicals which may cause cell damage.† Free radicals are compounds formed when our bodies convert the food we eat into energy.

Foods with Vitamin C: strawberries, kiwifruit, oranges, grapefruit, cantaloupe, tomatoes, red pepper, green pepper, broccoli and potatoes.

Foods with Vitamin E: almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, spinach, broccoli, sunflower oil, safflower oil, corn oil, soybean oil and wheat germ oil.
