Magnesium is involved in a multitude of metabolic processes. Foods that supply magnesium include dark green leafy vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole unrefined grains. however, many people do not get enough magnesium due to soil depletion and poor eating habits. Magnesium Malate and Magnesium Glycinate are ''gentle'' forms of magnesium that are amino acid chelates.

Directions
As a dietary supplement take 2 tablespoons (30mL) once (1) a day preferably with a meal. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
