She was very excited that it could be fill with warm water to make it feel more "alive". When we first tried to fill it we didn't think anything was going in. So we gave up and I told her I would look at it the next day. The instructions say that it fills slowly...that's an understatement! After an hour of slowly "burping" and filling it was maybe half full. I gave up at that point. With that in mind, the instructions recommend empting once a week and refilling with fresh water. She wants to keep the baby because it is so soft and she loves baby dolls.
