While the Signature Range may look much like its Classic counterpart, the range includes newly engineered lids, enhanced handles and an advanced interior enamel.The lids have been given an improved heat resistance with newly designed, ergonomic knobs that can withstand heat up to 500 degrees F. The natural, sure grip that is provided with the larger knob size works hand-in-hand with the built-in lid stabilizers that help seal in flavor with a more secure fit. To further enhance comfort and stability, the Signature Range features up to 45% larger handles making them easy to grip even when wearing bulky oven mitts. Lastly, the enhanced smooth sand-colored interior enamel has been specifically designed to resist staining and dulling over the life of the cookware, as well as to make the piece easy to clean and great for presentation at the table.
