Terms & Conditions

1. In some rare occurance, there might be slight colour variations between actual products and the pictures displayed on your computer monitor. This could be due to camera's and computer's resolution, brightness or room lighting.

2. Before placing your orders, please check and confirm your choice of item codes, colours and sizes are correct.

3. Do take note that there may be slight variation in the sizes from the measurements provided (1 to 2cm).

4. Strictly NO cancellation, Refund or Exchange of items once orders are confirmed.

Mode of Delivery

1. All orders will be posted within 1 to 3 working days once confirmed. The mode of delivery will be via Singpost and it normally take 3 to 5 working days to reach the buyers.

2. Kindly ensure the address given is correct. We're not responsible for any lost mail caused by incorrect/ insufficient address given.

3. We're not responsible for any lost mail if user opt for Singpost normal mail(tracking not available).

Exchange & Refund

1. All items are carefully inspected before sending out. We only accept exchange due to manufacturing defects and incorrect item sent, informing us before returning within 1 week from the date of delivery.

2. Exchange must be in original conditions(unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact).
