Payment
All payments are made via Qoo10 (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Paypal etc.).
Shipping
Postage and handling fees, shipment mode, turnaround time, rush orders , self-collection etc.,
· Our turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days after receipt of confirm payment. We will notify you as soon as your order is completed and will advise you via Qtalk message on the dispatch date.
· Buyer are strongly advised item(s) to be posted via Singapore Post registered mail and most of the times , the package will reach your mailbox within the next 1 to 4 working days (or slightly longer when comes to festive periods or public holidays)
· Buyer choose non-registered mail, we are not responsible for any loss by Singpost normal mail (though we will try our best to assist).
· We understood that sometimes parents may have discovered us last minute and require the products as soon as possible, we do allow collection at our place at our convenience. We will not charge any postage in this case.

Cancel/ Return/ Exchange:
· Due to recent extreme returns abuse, we no longer offer returns. All items are sold as is.
· You may cancel order before we sends item. In case we has sent the item, you may contact us and request for return & refund.
· For all matters pertaining to exchange/return, kindly email xinya88@hotmail.com instead of posting inquiries through Qoo10 platform.
· No cancellation or return will be allowed except the following cases:
· Manufacture defects
· Incorrect items were sent
· Exchange will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No exchange will be allowed if a negative review has already been make.
Refund Policy
In general, the amount will be refund by the same payment that was used to make payment. The return coast and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item. The refund may not be accepted in following cases:
· The item has been damaged by customer's fault. (except for only package opened)
· The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption.
· The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.
· The item has been customized for specific buyer.
Conditions
Size: measurement is subject to 2-3cm allowance
Color: the color you see on the monitor maybe slightly different from the actual color of garments.
