All our products are ready stock and shipped directly from our Singapore office. In order to avoid missing/late delivery, we use courier service with tracking number to ensure that you can track your products. (Most orders will be processed within 2 days).

Return & Exchange

All our products are checked at the factory to minimize the occurrence of missing parts. In the rare event of missing/ defective parts, we will gladly ship the missing parts to you within 7 days of purchase (postage cost to be borne by buyer).
