The high carbon Japanese steel blade produces such a clean cut it looks as though it has been planed. This improves wound healing on the tree or vine. The blade has a clip to hold it securely when in use. The blade folds into handle for safety and storage.

Maintenance:
- After use, soaked cloth to wipe off the mud and resin on the blade, put a little anti-rust oil, close it when not use.
- Keep the tool away from childrens when not in use.
- Do not try cut metal.
