Why coconut oil? It's has been used for thousands of years by cultures all over the world for its health qualities and we believe it's one of nature's most nourishing oils. Credited by numerous scientific sources with an impressive list of health benefits coconut oil is full of 'good' medium chain triglycerides and has a high concentration of health-boosting lauric acid. We use only the pure organic variety in our truffles for the amazing silky melty texture it adds- and importantly to support a sustainable alternative to palm kernel oil.
