It contains the vitamins and minerals essential for a senior''s good health, in adequate doses and strengths to properly carry out the enzymatic reactions commonly needed for this age group. It does not contain calcium and magnesium, which are usually taken separately. In addition, nutrients that support problematic health concerns common to men in the 60 to 90 age group are included.
