Careful for installation
The temperature of hot water will be understood with the kettle of V60. I use it to make coffee, but since I used a thermometer for cooking so far, it became quite convenient compared with it. Although it separates from the lid and the thermometer and installs by yourself, it installs by breaking rubber at the tip of the thermometer, attach the lid properly to the kettle according to the instructions, please install the thermometer. I want to see a place to break through and see painful eyes when trying to install on hands.

The timing to put in the coffee is clearly understood. It was a pity that the lid and the thermometer are not so tight. Before purchase, I thought that the thermometer clicks on the lid and "snaps". In fact, however, the thermometer is "squeezed" in the hole in the center of the lid. So, if you pull the thermometer like a lid handle it will just come off. I think that this is fine as long as it is intended to be used only when necessary. I planned to utilize it in a state that I always plugged in. However, it is impression that it is not suitable for its use.
