The Mogu Back Supporter 8 is a  functional back supporter in the shape of the number 8.

It might seem like there’s no apparent reason why seat back-support should be made in the shape of the number 8, or that it is just a gimmick that makes the product stand out more.

However, please be assured that the Mogu Back Supporter 8 is made exactly to perform its functions of providing support to different parts of your back from your hips to your shoulders, and to facilitate good posture all the time while you’re seated.

In fact, the Back Supporter 8 is not just in the shape of an 8. It is also made to have 3 different thicknesses at the three nodes where it meets your back. What seems like a cute cushion shaped like an 8 is again an exquisitely detailed Mogu product designed to do exactly what it says it will do.

With the bigger ring of the two positioned below, the lowest, middle and top rungs are all of different thicknesses in order to fit and support your hips, waist and upper back respectively. These 3 levels of support distribute the weight of your upper-body appropriately at these 3 points to ensure proper posture and support so that no particular point bears too much of the load.
