Getting started. Keep bottle upright. Do not squeeze. Spout should face front of bottle. 1. Peel along perforation. 2 Temporarily lift off cap & spout. 3. Remove foil & green seal. Remove any residual clear film. 4. Replace cap & spout. Snap closed left to right. Just tilt & pour! 1. Remove rinsing cap. 2. Tilt forward, pour to line. 3. Rinse, gargle & spit out. 4. Replace cap. Use immediately after pouring to ensure dual formula activation. Please Note: SmartMouth is designed to be poured in the forward direction only. To avoid leakage, keep bottle upright and do not squeeze. If spilled on fabric, wash out immediately. Do not use this product if the tamper-evident foil seal is missing or broken. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Vigorously swish 20 milliliters of rinse (pour to indicator line on cap) twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow.
