Q1. I bought H01~H08 diffuser on additional list. Why the smell is weak?

-> please use black reed first if you bought addtional reed from the list(H01~08). It takes few days to be fully absorb diffuser oil. But it will last longer as it can hold a lot of oil inside reed.
