1. Soak Loofah Backstrap or allow to swell up under warm water.
2. Loofah can be used with soap or a body wash in the shower or while bathing.
3. Steady pressure back and forth across back, bottom of feet or legs deeply cleans and exfoliates as well as improving circulation and overall body and skin detox.
