The Konjac Sponge Round is a facial sponge made from a vegetable called "konjac". This 100% natural vegetable fibre sponge helps to clean, exfoliate and moisturise the skin. It is softer than loofah and natural sea sponges and is 100% biodegradable.

Its highly water-attracting properties allow it to absorb more water, up to 20 times its weight, bringing much needed moisture to dry skin. The natural vegetable fibre imparts a weak alkalising effect working like a gentle and natural cleanser.Its natural cleaning ability reduces the need for irritating soap products that may dry the skin. The Konjac Sponge is 100% natural and is hand-made containing no preservatives or artificial chemicals.

FAQ

1. Is the sponge suppose to be wet in the package?
Yes! So as to retain the softness and tenderness of the sponge. Remember to soak your sponge in warm water for 5mins before first use!

2. Why did the sponge harden when it is dry?

When it dry there is no moisture, it will be harden. It is normal, just remember to soak it in warm water for 3mins before next use and it will return to its original shape and softness!

3. How do I better preserve my sponge and prevent it from turning moldy?

When you store your sponge in high humidity places, the chances of them getting moldy is higher. Please hang your sponge at airy places where there are sufficient vadilation!

For better preservation, after every use, squeeze dry your sponge gently, put them in a air tight container and place the container in a refrigerator, this will prevent bacteria growth thus prolong the life of your sponge.

4. What do I do when i received a defective sponge?

We apologize for the defective sponge if received! Kindly email us your order number and a picture of the defective sponge, we will send you a replacement as soon as we receive your email. Kindly email to pikobeauty@gmail.com

5. There are missing sponges in my parcel, the quantity is incorrect.

We apologize for our mistake, as our packer are required to pack quite a number of parcel everyday, there bound to be some mistake but we will try our best to minimize it~ >.<
Please take a pic of your sponge(s) together with the envelope and email it to pikobeauty@gmail.com. We need a clear picture of the envelope as we use that to verify how many sponges was actually mailed out. Once received, we will mail out the shortfall as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and the delay! Appreciate your kind understanding~

6. Can I combined my registered postage option?

Yes. As long as it is under one cart order, we will mail out all your order under registered mail as long as either one of your order has been opted for registered postage. However, under your record, it will be stated as normal postage, if you need your tracking number, please email us for your tracking number :)
