[Cheffaro] Aroma Meat Curry Paste

Sauce Main Ingredient : Palm Oil, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, Tumeric, Bird Eye Chili (Chili Padi), Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Glove, Black Pepper, Dried Chilli and other seasonings.
Allergy advise: May contain traces of dried shrimp, candle nut and peanut
Cooking Ingredient:
- 1 package of Cheffaro Aroma Meat Curry Paste
- 3 spoon of cooking oil
- 3 small onions or 1 large onion, cut into small pieces
- 2 medium size pototoes. Remove skin and cut into quarters.
- 500g of boneless chicken cube
- 1/2 tea spoon of toasted funnel power (optional)
Recommended Preparation Method:
- Pre heat teh wok or pot and add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Add the sliced onions into the oil. Fry until Fragrant at medium heat.
- Add the sauce and meat and stir every few minutes under medium heat.
- Add the cut potatoes and add water just enough to cover the potatoes and meat for 20 minutes and medium heat. Cover the lid. Stir every a few minutes to prevent over burn.
- Optional : Add in some toasted fennel power and cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
You need to increase the cooking time if you are using beef or mutton cube or your prefer a soft meat texture. Please add more water to prevent over burn.
