Let me just say that occasionally I have gotten some boxes that tastes a little different then other, some much sweeter. Overall my experience with Clif bars is that they are delicious and a great meal replacement or energy snack. They are big enough to satisfy your hunger. I am a big guy and I only need to eat one. These are soft bars not the stiff ones. Their consistency is more like a soft oatmeal cookie not the hard nut bars like others. I would recommend you give them a try.
