This blend is used to replace wheat flour in several cookbooks by Bette Hagman (GF Blend) and Annalise Roberts. Requires the addition of xanthan gum. The GF Classical Blend is a simple all purpose gluten-free baking flour taken from the book, Gluten-Free Baking Classics by Annalise Roberts. Use this flour blend for cakes, muffins, cookies, and pie crust. Not recommended for breads. Free OfCorn, dairy, soy, wheat and nut.
