PREPARATION:
Prawns 400g? Egg Yolks - 2 (beaten)? 2 tablespoon of Margarine? 2 pieces of Chilli Padi (chopped)? some Curry Leaves.

COOKING METHOD:

1. Clean prawns? trim off whisker? while keeping shells.
2. Heat 3 cups of oil in a wok? fried prawns till cooked and crispy. Remove and drain.
3. Discard oil? clean wok. Add in 2 tablespoons of margarine to wok and warm it? slowly add in beaten egg yolk to wok by net filter? egg yolk will become shredded.
4. Add black sesame? chilli padi and curry leaves and prawns? stir-fry till fragrant. Add in Masfood mixed seasoning and cereal? mix well. Serve hot with rice.
