Produces extension of the proximal interphalangeal or distal interphalangeal joints of the fingers and/or thumb. Adjustable by careful bending for less tension. Will extend supple joint to full extension. Weakest spring tension: 1 lb. (373g) of force at full extension, 1¾ lbs. (653g) at full flexion. To size: Measure the volar surface distance from the MP crease to the distal finger crease. Fits right or left hand.
