Use Instruction :

1) Choose the size of the head circumference roughly the right position, set into the sweat belt and stick.
2) Put it on. Ensure front lip is facing up and is centered across forehead.
Front should be one finger width above your eyebrows. Position side above ears.
3) Adjust to fit. Secure straps to make band snug not tight.

Cleaning Instruction :
