- Precautions -

1. All Moncross Pans and Woks passed 50,000 times Steel Wool Pad Scratch Test, But, if you want to use them for a longer time, please do not wash them with Iron Steel Wool Pads.
2. Moncross Pans and Woks have High Heat Conductivity. So, please heat food within 'Medium' fire. Otherwise, food may be burn.
3. It is recommended to use cooking tools made by wood or silicon. If you use metal cooking tools, the pans and pots may be scratched.
4. Please, do not use in Microwave oven or Induction. If you use them on a Electric Range (Highlight), it is recommended to heat them with 'Weak' Fire.
5. Please, do not store salty food in the pot and pan for a too long time.


- How to use The Moncross Frying Pan or Wok without damages for a long time -

1. Warming up : Please Heat the Pan(Wok) within Mid-strength Fire
2. Oiling: After warming up, Please oil the inner part of the pan(wok) with a kitchen towel or silicon brush.
3. Keep using the pan(wok) within 'Mid'-strength Fire Degree. Because the pan has high-Thermal-Efficiency. If you use it with Strong Fire Degree, the Function of coating may be downgraded.  
4. Please use a turner (spatula) with wood or silicon as possible.
