• RUG-ON-CARPET ANTI-SLIP PADS. KEEP RUGS FROM SHIFTING ON TOP OF CARPET. DESIGNED FOR MEDIUM PILE CARPET. Place the pads in the carpet with the hooked side facing down and give each disc a 1/4 turn clockwise to anchor it into the carpet. Then remove the adhesive backing and place the rug on top of the anchored discs.
