The quick release Handle Bar Mount may be used with any GoPro Hero Camera and most Digital Cameras on the market. 

Non-GoPro cameras are also compatible as long as they have a 1/4" tripod screw port (The most commonly used crew size on the market). 

The adjustable arm allows users to adjust the mount at any desired angle and the adjustable clamp further secures the arm at any desired position. 

The adjustable screw top allows the GoPro to rotate 360 degrees and can be easily tightened to prevent unwanted movement. 

Within the clamps of the Handlebar Mount are rubber grips, which provide a sturdy and non-slip hold. 

The clamp opens to 4cms and can clamp on to widths as small at 1.5cms.

Introduction:
The Suction Cup has been designed for the use with any GoPro Hero Camera with the Mounting Adapted included and most Digital Cameras on the market.

Directions on applying the Suction Cup:
1. Remove the plastic lining off the suction cup making sure there is no dust or foreign objects stuck to the plastic suction lining.
2. Find a a smooth, dry, surface and wipe clean to remove any dirt/dust/foreign materials which can cause air pockets and reduce suction. Test the surface by running your finger on it and it if grips and 'squeaks' (so to speak), it is ready.
3. Lift lever on Suction Cup up, press suction cup firmly to desired location angle. While continuing to apply pressure through the Suction Cup, push down firmly on the lever resulting in a strong vacuumed suction.
4. Adjust the lever arms and secure tightly by rotating dials and secure the top mount firmly by rotating the Suction Cup top with the tripod mount/camera (This step in important as the less movement the Suction Cup has the smaller the forces put through it while in action).
5. Test the Suction Cup by pulling, pushing and tilting the Suction Cup slightly to match the terrain you will be taking the GoPro on.
6. Once mounted, & done so for an extensive period of time, please re-check the suction and re-apply if required.
