8 GROUPS OF WOOD VARIETY – It categories all kind of woods into 8 groups of wood variety based on wood density. It covers most kind of woods. If your measured wood is not included in these 8 groups, you may need to work out the wood density with a formula stated in the instruction manual) and apply into the correct group. CONSIDER THIS FACTOR BEFORE BUYING!
WOOD MOISTURE RANGE & ACCURACY – Wide moisture range from 0.5% to 79.5% with accuracy + / - 1.5 value. It works with wood moisture 0.27 – 1.05g/cm3 as divided into 8 groups of wood variety.
HIGH DETECTION DEPTH – It detects up to 2 inches (50mm) depth
TEMPERATURE RANGE & ACCURACY – Temp range is 32 – 122 ºF (0 - 50 ºC) with accuracy +/- 3.6ºF(2ºC)
