FAQ

1) Is the smartwatch Waterproof?

The U8/Upro Smartwatch is not waterproof.

You can use it for normal daily activities, hand wash and light splash of water is fine. Please dry them off asap.

For shower, please take it off.

2) How to download/install the BT Notifier?

Functions that require Bluetooth (BT) Notifier is ONLY for Android Phones, NOT for Apple IOS. Apple IOS can't use those functions.

BT Notifier is a apk file. They are to be downloaded onto and install on your phone. A Step-by-Step Instructional Guide is provided, please visit the link shown on the Sticker label (a tinyurl.com link).

3) Warranty?

The warranty covers any failures due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover any damages to the product caused by phyiscal force or water damage.
