It can defferents with other country. As you know it is works 110v to 240v 50hz to 60hz. In case of korea, has progressive tax so It can save 15% to 40% So I notice on the product page it can save "UP TO 40%" If singapore has not progressive tax. IT can save normaly 15~20%. I hope you satisfy with this messages. And this product is works well at the motor product, it is not works at the heating product.
Also If the saver is not effective you should change the plug positions.
