All the opinions are mine. These bars taste good and give me that pick me up during te day when all I want to do is take a nap. I shared them with my daughter-n-law and she enjoyed them also and purchased us more with the coupon. I like the Double Chocolate and she prefers the Peanut Butter but they are both great. No mealy taste, no chewing forever, and no choking while trying to swallow. If you haven't tried them pick a pack up and taste the difference you are going to love. When I was going to the gym every day, I would've given my left leg for bars this great. They taste awesome, not as powdery as some of the other brands out there. They also do a great job of fighting off hunger. They are sort of small, but don't be fooled, and definitely don't eat 2!!! After about a minute of finishing your bar, you won't be hungry. I can eat one for breakfast, and be staved off until lunch time 4-5 hours later. They're also low sugar alcohol... If you know what that means, they only have 4g. High protein, and all the vitamin you need. Not to mention a fantastic price... buy 1 or 2 boxes for your week, eat these as a snack if you start feeling hunger crunching on. Great stuff. (I would like to say, DO NOT totally replace food with these, you should eat at least 3 meals in a day.
